Your responsibilities:
Provide high-quality phone support to our English-speaking customers.
Assist both current and potential customers by providing information and support regarding our products and services.
Manage customer requests in our systems (e.g., rate changes, plan updates, service activations, and address modifications).
Identify and suggest improvements in customer service processes.
What we’re looking for:
Fluency in English (minimum C1 level – required).
Genuine interest in the telecommunications industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and interest in working with various technical systems and devices.
Flexibility to work shifts between Monday and Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
Reliable, punctual, and focused on providing great customer experiences.
Willingness to commute regularly or relocate to the Porto area.
