As a Customer Support Representative, you will:
Provide top-notch telephone support to our customers in German.
Assist both existing and potential customers with information and support related to our products and services.
Manage customer requests, ensuring accurate updates in our systems (e.g., rate adjustments, plan changes, service activations, and address modifications).
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.
What We're Looking For:
Fluency in German: You must be able to communicate effectively in German (minimum C1 level). Proficiency in English is a plus.
Telecom Interest: A genuine interest in telecommunications products and services.
Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy troubleshooting and configuring a variety of technical systems and devices.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 to 21:00).
Personal Strengths: You are reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
Be available for regular commuting or to plan a relocation to the area of our offices in Porto.
