Mobile Customer Support:
- Telephone support for customer calls in German.
- Assist existing and potential customers with general information and support regarding our products.
- Handle customer requests and update them in our IT systems (e.g., changes to rates or pricing plans, activation of options or services, address changes).
- Identify potential weak points for continuous improvement in customer service.
Technical Customer Support:
- Manage processes related to fiber optic link requests – handling requests, error detection, and implementing solutions with our internal and external partners.
- Technical knowledge in the following areas: network connectivity and Internet, Windows-MacOS-iOS-Android configuration. Strong knowledge of LAN, WLAN (WiFi), VOIP.
- Knowledge of Apple TV is an advantage.
- Configuration and customer support via phone and email.
- Technical knowledge in the following areas:
- Internet and network connection,
- Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android configuration,
- Good knowledge of LAN, WLAN (WiFi), VOIP.
What You Bring:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent command of German – minimum level C1; English is an advantage.
- Interest in telecommunications products.
- Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00.
- Personal strengths: reliability and punctuality.
For technical customer support, we would like to see:
- Experience in the fiber optics field, either in-house or externally, especially in solving physical and software installation issues.
- Very good knowledge of German/French-English.
- Interest in telecommunications products and very strong IT skills.
- Troubleshooting and configuration: routers, WiFi networks, TV boxes, fiber optic configuration, etc.
